Stop UAC blacking out the screen
Yeah, my current Acer laptop is not too fast one (compared to my wife's ASUS). And one thing that annoyed me for a long time in Windows 7 was the UAC prompt displaying terribly slow. Today I've had a bit of time to google around, and here's what I've found:
